Informational Purpose Only — No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
All content published on sauditokenisation.com is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only. The Platform covers Saudi Arabia’s digital asset and tokenisation ecosystem, including CMA digital asset licensing, SAMA payment token regulation, digital riyal CBDC developments, tokenized sukuk frameworks, and Vision 2030 financial sector digitization. None of this content constitutes:

- Legal advice regarding the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the regulations of the Capital Market Authority, SAMA, or any other regulatory body.
- Tax advice regarding Saudi Arabian or international tax obligations.
- An offer or solicitation to participate in any investment opportunity, token offering, or securities transaction.
- A guarantee or prediction of any investment outcome, market movement, or regulatory decision.
Our analysis of regulatory frameworks, market trends, and institutional developments represents our editorial interpretation of publicly available information and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. You should consult with qualified and licensed financial advisors, legal counsel, and tax professionals in the relevant jurisdiction before making any financial or investment decisions.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Content accuracy. While we strive to ensure accuracy in our research and analysis, including our coverage of CMA licensing frameworks, SAMA regulatory developments, and capital markets data, we do not warrant that all information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or current. Regulatory environments change frequently — the CMA and SAMA may issue new circulars, guidance notes, or enforcement actions that affect the accuracy of previously published analysis. Users should verify critical information against primary regulatory sources.
“As is” provision. The Platform and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of investment value, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed one hundred Swiss francs (CHF 100).
No liability for third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of third-party websites linked from the Platform, including government regulatory portals, exchange websites, or institutional publications. Links to third-party sites are provided for informational convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data collection and processing practices described in those policies, subject to your right to manage cookie preferences as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform — including content, features, and availability — at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
